Our challenge was to revamp a 550-square-foot basement living room into a sophisticated, high-traffic space without compromising on style. The client desired a flooring option that was not only hard-wearing and low-maintenance but also one that provided a stark, eye-catching contrast to the current interior décor.

The project kicked off with careful preparation to ensure a flawless base for the glue-down procedure. After leveling the floor, our proficient team embarked on laying down each vinyl tile, masterfully aligning the classic black and white pattern to achieve an uninterrupted and striking design. All furniture was moved and protected during the process, with every item meticulously placed back in its original position upon completion. The final touch was the installation of new baseboards to frame the chic, checkered floor.
